After receiving your artwork it's best to unpack as soon as possible. When you've opened the box and unpacked the tapestry, you may find that it's slightly wrinkled due to transport. The first thing you'll want to do is install/hang the artwork in its new place. This will allow gravity to do its work and bring the tapestry back to its original shape.
